1 civilian killed, another wounded in Nangarhar twin blasts

The first blast happened close to the Directorate of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock in Jalalabad's district 1 in which a municipality worker was killed, police said, Tolo News reported.

The second blast occurred in the Chawke-e-Talashi area in the city's district 1 in which a civilian was wounded, according to officials.

No group has claimed responsibility for the blasts.
