Eight killed, injured in attack on labor camp in SW Pakistan

Gunmen have attacked a road construction labor camp in southwestern Baluchistan province, killing four workers and wounding four others.

The assailants late Friday opened fire on the camp, burned vehicles and destroyed machinery in a mountainous part of the district of Harnai, TRT World reported.

Security forces and police have started a search operation but the terrain was difficult.

No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
