IRI Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi left Tehran for New Delhi Thursday morning on a two-day visit. Salehi is arriving as a special envoy of IRI President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to hand over an invitation to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to attend the Tehran NAM Summit in August this year. During his visit, Salehi will meet with top Indian officials. Mr. Ahmadinejad had spoken to Mr.
