In Iran, we’re dealing with fanatics

Regarding “Bringing Iran around” (Nov. 3 editorial), let me start by defining who we are dealing with when talking about the Iranian leadership. Merriam-Webster dictionary defines a fanatic as someone who is “marked by excessive enthusiasm and often intense uncritical devotion.”
