Heather Graham, Jean-Jacques Annaud Judge at Shanghai Film Fest

Annaud heads the international jury. He once angered Chinese officials with his film “Seven Years in Tibet ” and won an Oscar for Best Foreign-Language Film in 1976 for “ Black and White in Color .”
