Hawke does horror in 'Sinister'

In the spooky new film “Sinister,” directed by Scott Derrickson and written by Derrickson and former movie critic C. Robert Cargill, Ethan Hawke plays a true-crime novelist who is having a very difficult time matching the success of an earlier bestseller
