IRI Secretary of Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), Saeed Jalili, said on Thursday that Tehran-G5+1 talks were held in a good atmosphere. Jalili told reporters that the Baghdad talks were intensive and long. “The talks in Baghdad were detailed but unfinished." He said the G5+1 had a series of proposals and Iran too raised its own too. Noting that the sides raised their issues transparently and candidly, Jalili said the talks' outcome was that the parties managed to get more informed of each other's stances. "We believe the capacity for dialogue provides an opportunity to help peace in different fields.

We had serious proposals on cooperation for Iran's nuclear program. But what's of importance and should be taken into consideration is the rights of nations," he said. Mr. Jalili thanked the Iraqi government and nation deeply for the preparation efforts and wished them success.

Asked about enrichment, he said, “Enrichment for peaceful purposes is Iran's absolute right and can serve as an issue for cooperation." A next round of the IRI-G5+1 talks will be held in Moscow on June 18
