13th District candidates respond to questions

Voters in the new 13th Congressional District have some clear choices as they pick their favorites in the race for the U.S. House. Republican Rodney Davis and Democrat David Gill have strong differences on economic and social policy. Independent  John Hartman adds a third choice. The State Journal-Register asked the candidates for written responses to a series of questions.
