NAM condemns IRI scientists assassination

IRI’s Ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Ali Asghar Soltanieh said the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) has censured the terrorist attacks on Iranian nuclear scientists. NAM envoys at the IAEA headquarters in Vienna, Austria, condemned the assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists in a statement on Thursday, Soltanieh said. He added that NAM member states expressed their sympathy with the Iranian nation, government as well as the family of the recently assassinated Iranian nuclear scientist, Mustafa Ahmadi Roshan. Soltanieh said that the statement will be read out in an upcoming meeting of the IAEA board of governors. In the most recent instance of a string of assassination attempts against Iranian scientists, Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan was killed on January 11 after an unknown motorcyclist attached a magnet bomb to his vehicle near a college of Allameh Tabatabaei University in Tehran.
