Yazd; city of historical windcatchers in Iran

YAZD, Mar. 11 (MNA) – Yazd is known as the city of windcatchers and the reason is that it is widely used in Yazd houses. Windcatchers, domes, and minarets can be considered as the architectural symbol of Yazd province and city.
