Watertown Amnesty International group protests Iranian’s imprisonment

Members of the Amnesty International Group 365, a Watertown-Belmont group, protested the recent death sentence doled out to Iranian prisoner of conscience, Arzhang Davoodi, on May 12 in Watertown Square. The local Amnesty group started over 20 years ago with the raison d’etre to work for the release of “prisoners of conscious” by sending letters of appeal to Iranian officials. The Watertown TAB
