Syria arrests dozens over unrest - rights groups

BEIRUT (Reuters) - Syrian security forces arrested dozens of people, rights groups said Saturday, after thousands marched in pro-democracy protests in unrest that has posed the gravest challenge to President Bashar al-Assad's rule.
