Major powers open to serious talks with Iran

WASHINGTON/TEHRAN (Reuters) - Major powers signalled on Friday their willingness to reopen talks about curbing Iran's suspected pursuit of nuclear weapons but said Tehran must show it is serious about any negotiations.
