Commentary: What's driving up gas prices?

The Automobile Association of America recently pegged the national gas average at $3.32, or 22 cents more a gallon than a year ago. If the price fluctuation patterns of 2012 follow 2011 — and most oil experts believe they will — then we’ll be paying $4 or more for a gallon of regular by Easter.
