Russia hopes that international observers will see the democratic deficit in Latvia

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia’s clear desire of Latvian civil society to draw the attention of the authoritative international organizations, to include compliance with rights of national minorities, the use of the Russian language in that country.
