President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said the countries possessing nuclear weapons and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), particularly atomic and chemical weapons should stop proliferation of such weapons and remain committed to their international conventions. President Ahmadinejad made the remarks during a meeting attended by Iranian ambassadors and the head s of Iran's diplomatic missions abroad in Tehran late Thursday. 'The world should be administered with the help of all countries and in a just atmosphere while respecting other countries on the basis of kindness and friendship,' he added. Referring to the colonial powers, the president noted that the big powers should reduce their military and security costs by recalling their troops from other countries and hence compensate for their budget deficits for removal of poverty and problems of other nations. 'The occupied lands and countries should be liberated and the international organizations should become free from the yoke of special groups,' he added.
