IRI President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Sunday renewed Iran's support for the liberation of occupied Palestinian territories. He made the remarks in a meeting with visiting Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniya. President Ahmadinejad said the Zionist regime and its supporters have acute weak points and that resistance is the only way to liberate occupied Palestinian territories and Holy Quds al-Sharif. He said that the Zionist regime is a means for the global arrogance to suppress the Muslims worldwide and that Palestine is representing resistance of entire Muslims to the occupying Zionist regime. Ahmadinejad said that humanity is currently going through a critical period and that resistance must withstand the hegemonic powers in order to make justice prevail in the world. Haniya felicitated the President on the 33rd anniversary of victory of the Islamic Revolution. The Palestinian prime minister said that presence of millions of people in the streets to celebrate anniversary of the triumph of the Islamic Revolution heralds a promising future and would serve as an invaluable backing for the resistance of the Palestinian people to Israeli occupation. Haniya said that the Palestinian people's national resolve and resistance over the past 60 years proved that they will not allow even an inch of their territories to remain under occupation.
