Ashton 'cautious, optimistic' about prospect for Iran talks

(WASHINGTON ) - EU Foreign Policy chief Cathy Ashton said Friday she is "cautious and optimistic" about the prospect for Iran to return to nuclear talks with world powers, following a letter she received from Tehran.
