Syria opposition's SNC seeks backers but lacks leaders

BEIRUT/CAIRO, Feb 17 (Reuters) A year into the revolt against Syria's President Bashar al-Assad, the Syrian National Council has emerged as the international voice of the uprising -- it just can't seem to lead it.
