India 'inclined' to vote against Sri Lanka at UN: PM

In a sign that domestic politics continues to influence foreign policy, PM Manmohan Singh on Monday indicated India was "inclined" to vote in favour of a US-sponsored resolution against Sri Lanka at the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), Geneva, later this week.
