Israel to sign deal for sixth German sub

TEL AVIV, Israel, March 20 (UPI) -- Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak is to sign a deal for a sixth Dolphin class submarine that will give Israel the most powerful sub fleet in the Middle East.
