IRI dismantles a terrorist group - cmdr

Commander of the IRGC Ground Forces Brigadier General Mohammad Pakpour said a team of terrorists affiliated to the former Jondollah leader Abdolmalek Rigi was completely smashed and a number of its members were killed. The commander said remnants of Jondollah had crossed the country to carry out terrorist operations in public places during the New Years celebrations. He noted that the teams intended to perform terrorist operations in centeral parts of Iran as well as in some border areas. He said the plots were completely foiled, adding a remarkable ammount of explosives and equipment were recovered from the terror teams.
