Syrian opposition groups still awaiting non-lethal aid

WASHINGTON (USA TODAY) — More than a month after Secretary of State Hillary Clinton promised to provide non-lethal aid to the Syrian opposition movement, leaders battling a brutal government crackdown say almost none of that aid has arrived.
