IRI to launch Fajr satellite into space in June

Islamic Republic of Iran is to launch Fajr satellite into space as a national defense project in June, Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said on Sunday. He was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a ceremony marking construction of a coastal waterway in Ramsar, west of Mazandaran province. "Iran is also to launch some heavy vessles in June," he added.
