Foreign investments in IRI rise by 12pc

Foreign investments in the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1390 (ending March 20, 2012) increased by 12 percent compared to the preceding year, a senior official announced Thursday. Foreign investors have invested nearly $4,3b in different projects in the Islamic Republic, Head of the IRI Foreign Investment Services Center told IRIB. A modification of relevant regulations has been effective in absorbing more foreign capitals, Abolfazl Kode'i said.
