China says hopes U.S. will respect concern over naval shift

BEIJING (Reuters) - China's Foreign Ministry said on Monday it hoped the United States will respect Beijing's regional interests, after the U.S. defence secretary announced plans to shift most of his country's warships to the Asia-Pacific by 2020.
