U.S. court keeping looming 'Obamacare' ruling secret

In a rare turn from Washington, nine U.S. Supreme Court justices and more than three dozen others have kept quiet for more than two months about the court's ruling on the constitutionality of President Barack Obama's health care overhaul. The decision is expected in the next week.
