West "vaccinated" Iran against sanctions - Khamenei

DUBAI (Reuters) - Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Wednesday dismissed harsher sanctions imposed on Iran this month over its disputed nuclear activity, saying the country was "100 times stronger" than before.
