Syria's rebels hold Aleppo neighborhoods

BEIRUT (AP) — Government tanks and artillery are continuing to pound rebel-held neighborhoods in Syria's largest city in a bid to retake control. Meanwhile, President Bashar Assad's regime is accusing regional powerhouses Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey of trying to destroy the country.
