Investor Questions StanChart Over $340 Million Fine

One of Standard Chartered PLC's (STAN.LN) key U.K. investors has questioned the bank's decision to pay a $340 million fine for suspect Iranian dollar trades, despite insisting that the claims against it were flawed, the Sunday Telegraph reported.
