The fate of StanChart

On August 6, New York State’s Department of Financial Services (DFS) accused Standard Chartered Bank (StanChart) of entering ‘a scheme’ with the Iranian government to ‘hide’ from regulators some 60,000 secret transactions involving at least US$250 billion.
