Palestinian Authority may skip Non-Aligned meeting

Mahmoud Abbas has threatened to boycott the Non-Aligned Movement summit if Hamas attends. The Palestinian president accuses host Iran of sabotaging reconciliation between his secular Fatah and the Islamist Hamas.
