Twitter CFO must plan for IPO

Ali Rowghani got a voice mail on his mobile phone from Steve Jobs on a Saturday in early 2010. The Apple co-founder wanted to keep Rowghani, then chief financial officer at Walt Disney Co.'s Pixar, from leaving to become finance chief at Twitter.
