Gliding along Khalid Lagoon

After almost three decades of trading, a 50-year-old traditional dhow, which has witnessed Sharjah’s golden years of sea trade transporting goods between Sharjah and the Gulf, Africa and the Sub-Continent, is now magnificently converted into the only ‘floating restaurant’ at the Khalid Lagoon near the Central Souk.
