Standard Chartered Expects To Pay About $330 Mln To Settle Iran Transactions

Standard Chartered Plc Thursday said it expects to pay around $330 million as settlement to U.S. regulators for its failure to comply with sanctions against Iran. This payment is besides the $340 million civil penalty the Asia-focused lender already made to the New York State Department of Financial Services during the third quarter of 2012.
