EU condemns Iran nuclear upgrade decision as 'clear violation'

(BRUSSELS ) - The European Union voiced "serious concern" Friday over Iran's decision to install more modern equipment at its Natanz nuclear plant, saying it would be in "clear violation" of its international obligations.
