The head of the judiciary Sadegh Larijani whos brother Ali Larijani run the Majlis appeared on Iranian television on Saturday 22 June  and complaining about delay in proceeding  judiciary bills in the government ,  claimed that judiciary bills are not proposal and the government have not the right to modify those bills !
