Iraq launches peace initiative for Syrian crisis

Baghdad, Sep 4 (IANS) Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki Wednesday launched a new peace initiative to end the Syrian crisis and called on the Arab countries and the world to back his plan.
