Brazil World Cup preparations still on shaky ground

RIO DE JANEIRO, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- FIFA leaders blew hot and cold as they sought assurances from Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff that unfinished venues for the World Cup would be ready before the opening June 12.
