Coop. between regional states, only way to establish security

In a tweet late on Thu. in Arabic, Zarif wrote, “Dear neighbors, we have an opportunity to think again about the security of the region.”

He emphasized, “We know that security cannot be purchased or established by stockpiling weapons. The only way to establish peace and security is through extensive cooperation between countries of the region and Islamic Republic of Iran has always announced its readiness to activate this cooperation.”
