Deliberate targeting of nuclear facility war crime: Zarif

TEHRAN, Apr. 13 (MNA) – In a letter to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, the Iranian Foreign Minister said that deliberate targeting of a safeguarded nuclear facility is nuclear terrorism and a war crime.
