An explosion hits Afghan capital of Kabul

Afghan-based TOLO TV Network in a piece of breaking news announced the occurrence of an explosion in the Eighth Security District of Kabul, capital of Afghanistan.

According to the media, the incident took place in the evening in the "Cartagena" area in Kabul.
