Persepolis claims fourth successive Iran Super Cup title

Held at Tehran-based Azadi Stadium, the match ended with the Reds victory courtesy of a goal by Issa Alekasir in the 60th minute.

Super Cup is held annually between winners of the Iranian Professional League and Hazfi Cup.

Persepolis had won the Super Cup title in the third previous editions.
