Egyptian military training plane crashes

The spokesperson for the Egyptian Armed Forces, Colonel Gharib Abdel-Hafez, said in a brief statement, “As part of implementing the training activities of the Air Force, on Saturday, a technical malfunction occurred in a training plane, which led to its crash and the survival of its pilot without injuries.”

Training aircraft in the Egyptian Air Force has seen accidents in the past few years due to technical defects, Egypt Independent reported.
